Hello,
My name is Christine Williams, and I am an Occupational Therapy doctoral student completing my capstone project in collaboration with River Valley Community Death Care (RVCDC) located in West Central Wisconsin.
As part of my capstone, I am conducting a community needs assessment to better understand knowledge, confidence, and experience related to death, dying, end-of-life care, and death doula services. The information gathered will help identify educational needs, strengthen community partnerships, and improve access to end-of-life resources. Your participation will help provide a better understanding of community needs related to end-of-life care, death doula services, and available resources.
We are inviting individuals who may be interested to participate in the Death Doula Services Survey and share their perspectives. The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. Participation is
voluntary, and responses are anonymous and confidential. Thank you for considering participating in this community needs assessment and for supporting this work.
